MaterialsBroker.com is a brokerage for surplus, overstock, canceled-order and jobsite building materials, based in Columbus, Ohio and working across the Midwest.
The problem
Every project ends with material nobody planned to own. Takeoffs run long, colors change, orders get canceled after they ship. The material is new and it has value, but the people holding it are builders and distributors, not resellers. Too much of it sits until it is damaged, or goes in a dumpster.
What we do
We sit in the middle. Sellers tell us what they have. We find a buyer who already purchases that category within reach of the material, agree the price with both sides, and coordinate buyer pickup or freight. We do not warehouse, haul or manufacture.
Sellers stay anonymous. Listings show a city and a state. A seller's name and address are released only after a deal is agreed.
Where we work
Ohio first: Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, Akron and Toledo, plus Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Detroit and Louisville. Commercial roofing is our first specialty. Every other category is live as well.
