MaterialsBroker.com is a brokerage. We connect sellers of surplus building materials with buyers and coordinate the transaction. We do not warehouse, haul or manufacture materials. Listings are not offers to sell. A deal exists only when MaterialsBroker.com confirms it with both parties.
Listings and inquiries
- Listings describe material as reported by the seller. Quantities, condition and specifications are confirmed with the seller before a deal is agreed.
- Pricing notes are informational. Prices are agreed through the broker desk.

Seller responsibilities
