Mechanical, plumbing & fire
Mechanical, plumbing and fire covers drives, pumps, water heaters, boilers, air handlers, copper tube and sprinkler material, and most of it reaches surplus as change-order leftovers sitting new in a mechanical contractor's shop. Equipment is quote-only; copper tube and sprinkler pipe carry target prices about 20% below market.
Target prices are 20% below typical market. We source each order, then confirm price and quantity in a written quote. Typical lots start at $5,000.

What to include when you ask for mechanical, plumbing & fire
For equipment, give the horsepower or capacity, the voltage, and the submittal or model number you are matching. For pipe and tube, give the size, type or schedule and the total footage. Typical lots are one to five drives, one unit of equipment, bundles of 500 ft or more of copper, and 1,000 lf of sprinkler pipe. Heads must be new, boxed and in date, so state the temperature rating and finish.
